崗位職責(zé)/Job Responsibilities
- 向客人提供高品質(zhì)的服務(wù)。
Deliver high quality service to guests
- 協(xié)調(diào)康樂(lè)設(shè)施和設(shè)備的所有保養(yǎng)工作。
Co-ordinate the maintenance of all recreational facilities and equipment
- 負(fù)責(zé)所有對(duì)客服務(wù)的安全 。
Responsible for the safety of all guest services
- 對(duì)部門的產(chǎn)品及服務(wù)的銷售工作進(jìn)行管理。
Manage the sale and promotion of departmental products and services
- 協(xié)助新產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)的開(kāi)發(fā)工作。
Assist with the development of new products and services
- 遵守酒店和企業(yè)指導(dǎo)方針(如標(biāo)識(shí)指導(dǎo)方針安全指導(dǎo)方針等)。
Comply with all Hotel and corporate guidelines (eg signage guidelines, safety guidelines, etc)
- 遵守部門清潔和保養(yǎng)規(guī)定。
Adhere to departmental cleaning and maintenance programs
